JQ HOTZ SPICED MEATLOAF
2 lbs Lean ground meat
1 Cup JQ HOTZ salsa
cup chopped white onion
cup chopped bell pepper (color of choice)
2 TBL spoons minced garlic
2 large eggs
3 TBL spoons - Worchester sauce
TBL spoon - kosher salt
TBL spoon black pepper
1 Cup plain bread crumbs
Optional 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
In medium bowl crack and whisk eggs. Add minced garlic,
salt pepper, Worchester sauce, and JQ HOTZ salsa. Stir in the breadcrumbs. Once
a pasty consistency add ground meat and the onions and peppers. Mix thoroughly.
Optional add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly. Form meatloaf
and bake at 350 degrees until done or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and let set for 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve.
Out West Chili Soup
2 LBS Ground beef
2 LBS Boneless Beef or Stew meat
2 medium onions chopped
2 green Bell peppers chopped
1 can Pinto beans
1 can Black beans
1 can - Kidney beans
1 btl. Dark beer
1 can tomato paste
sm can - Jalapenos chopped
sm. can chopped green chilies
2 cans (14-16oz) tomatoes
2 cans - beef broth
2 cans beef consume
4 Tbl spoons Chili powder
2 Tbl spoons Southwest spice
cup Granulated sugar
2 Tbl spoons Minced garlic
1 16oz jar JQ HOTZ
In large stockpot combine all canned ingredients.
In large skillet saut onions, minced garlic, and green
peppers till tender. Add to stockpot. Add dry spices, beer, and sugar
In large skillet brown the ground beef and stew meat. Add
to stockpot.
Cook on range top on medium stirring frequently. Allow
ingredients to simmer and cook together. Approx. 30-45 minutes.

1 LB Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage
1 Cup Chopped onions
1 Cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 Cup chopped celery
2 TBL spoons Butter
1 TBL spoon minced garlic
Cup tomato sauce
1 Cup Peeled & chopped tomatoes (canned)
1 Cup JQ HOTZ Salsa
2 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Cups uncooked rice
1 TBL spoon Cajun spice blend
Melt butter in a Dutch oven over high heat. Brown Jimmy Dean sausage. Add
thin sliced hot links, and brown well. Stir in chopped celery, onions, and
garlic. Cook until veggies are tender. Stir in tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes,
and JQ HOTZ salsa. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken stock and rice. Bake
uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
